The Junon Parade is one of the more memorable sequences in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, asking players to scout the town for specific Shinra soldiers and then arrange them into a winning formation. Missing a soldier or choosing the wrong lineup can leave you with a less-than-stellar performance, but finding everyone and picking the right order is straightforward once you know where to look.

There are a total of five optional soldiers to recruit before the parade begins. The first is near the fountain in the central plaza, standing by a crate. The second is inside the weapon shop, leaning against the counter. The third can be found on the upper deck of the cargo ship docked at the harbor. The fourth is hiding behind a stack of barrels in the alleyway next to the item shop. The fifth and final soldier is located on the rooftop of the inn, accessible by climbing the ladder outside.

Once you have all five, you need to assign them to the correct positions. The game gives you three slots: front, middle, and rear. The best formation is to place the soldier with the highest attack power in the front, the one with the best defense in the middle, and the soldier with the highest speed in the rear. If you recruited everyone, you will have a soldier named "Rude" who fits the front slot perfectly. For the middle, pick the soldier who mentions being a shield. For the rear, choose the soldier who talks about being fast. This setup maximizes your score and earns you the best rewards, including a valuable accessory and a hefty amount of Gil.
